Wertz Residence

The Wertz Residence bred a design that is very unique within itself. Superior Concrete expressed much creativity in the use of light-colored stone veneer placed on walls and columns, black mulch in various planter spaces, a mixture of patterns and textures on the concrete surfaces, and multiple decorative rock sizes and colors. This is another project that demanded an elegant design layout. Therefore, the swimming pool and spa became the primary focal point of this project. The pool is complimented by a raised back wall with natural stone columns and fire bowls atop each column. In addition, the spa features an “elevated” design with vanishing edges along all four sides. This project has become one of our very favorites to show!
