Over the years as homeowners, we’ve worked with contractors who never did what they said they could do; and we just weren’t sure what to expect this time around.
Your company, the employees, and their craftsmanship exceeded all of our expectations. We especially appreciate Chris, his guidance, and attention to detail during the process. We love our new backyard and so does everyone who sees it. I will certainly recommend Superior to everyone I can.

I am writing this letter of commendation directly to you and your staff. I am sure you get thousands of letters each and every year filled with complaints. I believe there is a chance you may take a moment and read this one. First and foremost this is a letter of appreciation and I would like to acknowledge the Contractors State License Board. You have to go above and beyond the basic standards recommended by guide books and bureaucracies. Thank you staff for their hard work. In looking for contractors for my project, the online website was a tremendous help in steering clear of unlicensed individuals and companies. I would like to acknowledge a contractor who raises the bar to a higher standard. One such contractor Kelly Dickinson the owner of K. Dickinson Enterprises Incorporated, who is doing business as Superior Concrete and Masonry Construction (License Number 491716). In a time when everyone is looking out for themselves and cutting corners and quality, I would like to express how professional Mr. Dickinson’s company performed. I realize an owner/builder construction project is not of great significance. I am happy to report that is not true, they went out of their way to make my project a success. The foundation, footings and slab were beyond my expectations; the results were incredible to say the least. We are well aware of all the time and trouble you went through on our behalf. A structure is only as good as the foundation it is built upon and you build the best Mr. Dickinson. I realize in the scheme of things our project is a very small part of your business, but you took the time to navigate me through the bureaucratic red tape. This project is a direct result of your experience and patience, I had contemplated throwing in the towel after all the delays continued to pile up. Thank you for seeing it through. I would also like to make a note about your employees, they worked so very hard to fix the grading imperfections and construct the forms to my specifications. The crew chief Bart “Hombre”, extremely professional and a true leader amongst men, I send kudos for all of his help in making corrections to plans and guiding me.
